The wagon is getting an instrument cluster upgrade tomorrow.

Who's driving the much better looking red car?

I ordered and quickly received a three-level email tune from Doug Lewis of Ford Performance Specialists in Georgia. There are separate strategies written for 87, 89, and 93 octane gasoline grades. I've downloaded the 87-Oct tune tonight and took the car out for a cruise to evaluate it...

The performance tune is awesome. :drive:  Especially the improvement in transmission shifting- it really wakes up the Duratec powertrain in this car.

Do it.  :merc:

Doug Lewis charges $600 if you're getting it shipped with the tune program pre-loaded on an SCT X-Calibrator device, or $250 if you already have an X-Cal device to load by yourself. I paid for the latter option yesterday morning, and had the tune files emailed to me about 4 hours later.

You get your line pressure set to where you like it?

You should monitor your trans temp over the next few days to see if it makes any difference in the first few minuets (taking a little longer to heat up)

I ordered a set of 2500k "selective yellow" foglamp bulbs, and four new support struts for both the tailgate and flip-up rear glass. The original struts are getting pretty weak.

Oh, and a preview of new and unique things to come... B)

I spy with my little eye.... Rocker Rust!

I would take them rockers off and coat the s**t out of them before winter this year.

Over the weekend in SC, my wagon got a pair of custom built HID projectors (courtesy of Roach) and new rear hatch glass lift struts.

I also grabbed some spare parts at the Pull-A-Part to help me complete some new mods in the near future.

That's a reflection.

I found the '00-'03 grille for really cheap and decided to try it out, but I don't like it. The original chrome grille is going right back on when I have the time this weekend.

Well I can't say I didn't try.  I still think the black grill looks better.
