  1. Hi all, I'm brand new here and I'm in need of some of your guy's expertise! I've got a 1999 Mercury Sable, 3.0 DOHC, and it's gushing power steering fluid out of the high pressure line that runs from the pump, behind the back of the motor, to the rack and pinion. I'm just going to replace the line, but I'm looking for the best way to do that. I really don't want to drop the subframe, so I'm hoping there is a way to do it without dropping it. Any input is appreciated!! Also, my apologies for posting this in the 2010 section, I wasn't paying attention. This is a re-post in the correct section.
