  1. Bye Bye To The Royal Blue Beast

    16 January 2012 - 07:40 PM

This is to memorialize the last opportunity I had to spend time with our trusty 2002 Taurus SE sedan. I spent about two hours this afternoon de-modding it as much as possible, because quite frankly I don't want to give away the parts that have cost me time, money, and energy to someone else. Today also gave me one last chance to reminisce about the good times that I've spent driving her.

  2. Strawberry Milkshakes... In The Engine.

    15 January 2012 - 07:09 PM

Well, my sister's SE was taken in for service last week- the local Ford dealership performed a coolant flush, rear brake service, and replaced a leaky oilpan gasket and both valve cover gaskets. It was my parents' choice to have a 'professional' shop do this necessary work...

As a result of something that happened in the shop, the power steering pump belches pink foam like the bathtub in Ghostbusters II, and the steering wheel is very hard to turn. It would appear that they let some of the P/S fluid out of the reservoir. Posted Image
  3. An Explanation For Recent Actions I Have Taken.

    13 January 2012 - 10:11 PM

This past weekend, I made an immature decision due to disagreements that have been occurring between myself and members of the TSOC Admin staff. While there still may be some personal issues for us to resolve, it was wrong for me to breach Devin’s trust and distribute a private message to some other forum members about this situation. My personal feelings should never have been broadcast to the general membership like that, nor should any information that would have otherwise been considered private or inappropriate for me to drag other people into.

I am deeply sorry for any mistrust or anger that my actions here have caused for Devin or for you, my fellow forum members. I am therefore asking that you cease any suspicion or mistrust towards the current Admins that arose from reading the content of my recent message. In addition, please do not vow to discontinue spending time on the TSOC forums just because I was ready to do the same. Those kind of ultimatums will not accomplish anything, and will only serve to tear apart our small, close-knit community even more. I do believe that it’s time for everyone to move on, and I sincerely don’t wish to see the Taurus & Sable community suffer any lasting damage as a result of my actions.

      :(

Thank you for taking the time to read this.

    TL;DR = My bad. -_-

  5. Just Revealed Through Ford's Social Media Department...

    16 November 2011 - 01:27 AM

Skip to 1:22 to see the brand new Escape/European market Kuga. They will be produced at Louisville Assembly, and apparently for both markets. ^_^ Built in America, and exported to the world... I like that.
